We allow 1 dog per apartment home with a weight limit of 35 pounds full-grown. We require a Dog Pet Fee of $300.00. Monthly pet rental is $20.00. We allow dog in selected buildings only. Cats are permitted throughout the property, with a limit of 2cats per apartment home. We require a $300 Cat Pet Fee. Pet rent is $20.00.
